Booking Requests

For all external bookings, please complete and return a Booking Request Form. All documents referenced within are available on this page.

Extended Hire Requests

If you would like to hire one of our spaces on a regular or extended basis, please contact theatrebookings@strode-college.ac.uk.

Internal Booking Requests

Strode College and Crispin School should use our Internal Booking Request forms, available here or on the intranet document store. For events with more complex technical requirements, or which are open to the public, the full booking form must be submitted.

PPLPRS Setlist Report Form

Any events which include music (performed or recorded) must submit a PPLPRS setlist report form. This form can be downloaded here. Please note that PPLPRS do not licence grand rights.
