There is a postage charge of £1 on all bookings where tickets are posted from the box office, unless you enclose a SAE (stamped self-addressed envelope).

A cancellation charge of £1 per ticket is deducted from any refund to you for all re-sales of returned tickets on a sold-out show or film. The cancellation charge will also apply to any tickets we may agree to exchange in exceptional circumstances.
Strode Theatre conforms to standard theatre practice and is unable to exchange or give refunds on paid-for tickets. Tickets may be left at the Box Office for resale in the event of a sell-out at a charge of £1 per ticket and any refund will be credited to you Strode Theatre account.
Full concessions apply to people over the age of sixty, children and students in full-time education and people in receipt of benefits. Limited concessions only apply to people over the age of sixty, children and students in full-time education. Please be prepared to provide proof of concession.

We regret that we cannot admit infants in arms other than for children’s shows. In all cases tickets must be purchased for children.
U – Universal. Suitable for viewing by all ages over the age of 4.
PG – Parental Guidance. Some scenes may be unsuitable for younger or more sensitive viewers – parental discretion is advised.
12a – Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
15 – No one under the age of 15 is permitted to view the film
18 – No one under the age of 18 is permitted to view the film
