Vikings - Life and Legend: a 'private view' of the new British Museum exhibition comes to the Strode screen

We are immensely excited that we will be able to show, for the first time, a ‘Private View’ of a major current exhibition on the Strode Theatre screen here in Somerset! Introduced by the Museum’s Director, Neil MacGregor, and presented by historians Michael Wood and Bettany Hughes, this special cinema tour of the British Museum’s high profile new exhibition will be recorded from its live transmission and shown on Saturday 26th April at 5pm.

The screening promises to contain many extras you wouldn’t see during an ordinary visit to the exhibition, quite apart from the fact that you’ll be sitting comfortably instead of fighting your way through the crowds!
