Theatre Closure

We are very sorry to announce that following the advice from the Prime Minister on Monday 16 March, Strode Theatre will shut down until 1 June 2020. The safety and health of our patrons, staff, volunteers, friends and community is our top concern.

All ticket holders are being contacted primarily by email, for pressing enquiries please avoid calling the theatre and instead use the boxoffice@strode-college.ac.uk address.

A huge thanks to patrons and supporters who have already offered to help by donating the cost of their ticket. Collectively, this will make a huge difference to the theatre. Ticket holders will receive an email with a link if they would like to donate; but if you would like to do this independently of bookings please go to the Donations page.

These are hard times. Our plans for Strode Theatre and for the provision of culture, creativity and entertainment in our community are delayed, but no less ambitious. Your support is so appreciated and so vital in these unprecedented times.
