Escape to a world of colour with Andy Butterfield

This autumn Strode Theatre welcomes artist Andy Butterfield with his exhibition of watercolours in recycled frames.

Seeking to ‘take the viewer away from the grey skies of England’ Andy uses a combination of imagination and real life observations to create landscapes of vivid colour that do just that. His bright and flowing work cannot fail to brighten even the dreariest of days.

Andy is also an Interior Designer who values recycling in both his design and art work.  For this exhibition he has sourced and reused both the frames and glass allowing him to keep the prices of the works affordable.

Andy’s work will be on display in the theatre foyer until the 21^st of December 2013. All exhibitions are free entry and open from 10.00-5.00 Monday to Friday, 10.00-2.00 Saturday plus performance evenings.
